Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. We would like to remind you that we provide live chat support through our website, also you can contact the customer support via support@birdfy.com.

How To Initiate a Return

Step 1: To start a return request, please reach out to our customer service team by sending an email to support@birdfy.com.

Step 2: Once your return request has been accepted, we will promptly provide you with return instructions and arrange for either a refund or replacement. (To ensure that your return is accepted, please remember to include all cords, adapters, documentation, and accessories that originally came with the product, as well as the original packaging.)

Step 3: We require that you ship the product back to us within 10 days of receiving return instructions. Failure to do so may result in Birdfy declining to accept the return product.

If the reason for the return is due to the buyer's discretion, the buyer will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees. If the reason for the return is due to product defects, we will provide a shipping label for you.


How Long Does Refund Take

Once you have returned the package, please contact customer support and provide the tracking number so we can track the shipping progress.
After providing the tracking number, it usually takes 3-5 business days for us to process the refund.
Once a refund is issued, we will send you a confirmation email. The bank will then handle the rest of the refund process.
If you don't receive the refund for a long time after the confirmation email, please check with your bank.


Warranty

Birdfy offers a two-year warranty and lifetime service to all of our users from the date of purchase. Please note that this warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the Product.
In the event that repairs or replacements are needed, Birdfy reserves the right to use new or refurbished products or components, at our discretion. If the Product or a component is no longer available, we may replace it with the nearest available model that matches the original model's form, functionality, and performance, at our sole discretion.

  • Birdfy reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements as outlined in our refund and return policy, at our sole discretion.
  • Birdfy does not assume ownership of returned items until they are received at our fulfillment center.
  • All returns must be mailed and can not be dropped off in person.
