A Temporary Storm in the Yard, and a Letter of Apology from Our Team

Dear valued Birdfy family,

If you have looked out into your backyard recently, you might have noticed a temporary silence on your screen. Due to an unexpected issue with our domain service provider, some of our cloud services are currently experiencing disruptions.

At Birdfy, our lenses have always been a window into the raw, beautiful, and sometimes fragile reality of nature. Through our cameras, we watch tiny eggs hatch, and we witness the breathtaking moment a fledgling takes its very first flight. But we also know that growing up in the birdhouse is never a smooth journey. Nature teaches us that life is filled with unexpected storms. Some nestlings do not make it, leaving us with a heavy heart; we learn that to soar high into the sky, a bird must first survive countless trials of wind, rain, and the delicate balance of life and death.

Today, our team is facing our own storm. We made a mistake, and it disrupted the connection between you and your feathered friends. For this, we are deeply, sincerely sorry.

Here is exactly what happened and how we are fixing it:

What Happened: A technical oversight regarding our domain registration led to a temporary interruption of our server pathways.
Current Status & Timeline: Our technical team is working around the clock. App login and basic operations will be fully restored within 24 hours. While certain cloud history and AI functions may take slightly longer to sync completely, they are being recovered sequentially.
Data Security: Please rest assured that all your historical videos, account information, and user data are completely secure and will not be lost.

Just like the resilient birds that weather the night to greet the dawn, we are determined to come out of this stronger and more vigilant. We will send you a follow-up notification the exact moment all services are 100% recovered.

Thank you for your incredible patience, your understanding, and for being the wings beneath our wings.

With deepest apologies and gratitude,

The Birdfy Team
